Service Providers

We disclose information we collect from you to service providers, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf. Event Sponsors, Partners & Exhibitors

If you register for or participate in an Event, program, conference, membership activity, or other activity sponsored, co-sponsored, or supported by AI Leadership Alliance, we may share certain professional and contact information with participating sponsors, partners, exhibitors, or other Event participants, subject to applicable law and your applicable privacy choices. This information may include your name, job title, company, professional contact information, and other information you provide in connection with the applicable Event or program. Sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and other third parties may use information provided to them subject to their own privacy policies and applicable laws. AI Leadership Alliance is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of such third parties.

Affiliates

We may disclose information we collect from you to our affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities.

Company Users & Members

Certain information that you voluntarily provide for publication through our Site, member directory, Event platform, community platform, or other Services may be visible to other authorized users, members, Event attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, or other participants. Information that you voluntarily post publicly may also be searchable by users of the Site or third-party search engines.

Third Parties

We may also share information with business partners and third parties, including companies, research organizations, advertisers, advertising agencies, advertising networks and platforms, publishers, Event sponsors, exhibitors, and nonprofit organizations that may want to market products or services to you. Where required by applicable law, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of applicable uses of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

4. Other Circumstances We Disclose Information

Business Transfers

If AI Leadership Alliance or its affiliates are or may be acquired by, merged with, invested in by, or otherwise combined with another company, or if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer the information we have collected from you to the other company. Please note that it may take a reasonable period of time for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you transactional or administrative emails relating to your account, membership, Event registration, services you have requested or received, or other necessary communications.

Where applicable, we may provide you with an opportunity to express your preferences regarding the sharing of personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you would like to update your privacy or marketing preferences, you may contact AI Leadership Alliance using the contact information below.

If you previously chose to receive push notifications on your mobile device from us but no longer wish to receive them, you may manage your preferences through your device or application settings, depending on the type of device. If you have signed up to receive text messages from us and no longer wish to receive such messages, you may follow the instructions provided with those messages, which may include replying "STOP."

9. Children Under 13

Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our systems, consistent with applicable law.
